What to Expect

HERE ARE SOME GROUND RULES AND EVENT GUIDE:

FESTIVAL HOURS:

The festival will take place rain or shine. No refunds due to inclement weather.

  • You can exit the festival at anytime but cannot enter the event outside these gate hours.

From HW 120 toward Woodward Reservoir, Take 26 Mile Road, turn right on Dorsey Rd (1.5 miles), then left on 28 Mile Rd. Event Entrance will be ½ mile ahead. Look for event signs.

TICKETING:

Buy your tickets ahead of time. Print your ticket or have your barcode ready to go on your phone. When you arrive at the gate, you must have a valid ID, Driver’s License, or passport to receive tickets and for entry.

1-Day, 2-Day, and Full Duration tickets available. See gate hours for entry times.-- If you’re bringing a vehicle, you’ll need to purchase a vehicle pass (includes parking and car camping). It’s 1 Vehicle Pass per vehicle not per person (carpooling is recommended).-- Event ends Sunday at 11:59pm and guests are welcome to stay Sunday night and depart Monday morning.-- Payment plan options with 25% down.

TRAVEL:

-- Woodward Reservoir Park in Oakdale CA is a ~1.5 to 2 hour drive from San Francisco and ~5 hour drive from LA. Please note, the festival entrance is at 28 Mile Road. -- Nearest airports: Stockton (SCK) Airport which is 23.3 miles away. San Francisco (SFO) (85.5 miles). San Jose (SJC) (65.7 miles), Oakland (OAK) (75.2 miles), Concord (JQF) (78.1 miles), Sacramento (SMF) (75.9 miles). Check Point All vehicles will pass through a security checkpoint prior to entering the campgrounds and festival. Note: no glass is allowed.

Drive 5MPH AT ALL TIMES:

Upon entry, you must drive 5MPH at all times. There will be law enforcement as you drive in and in the event. Inside the event grounds, be aware of other patrons camping and there is NO driving around inside the festival or campgrounds.

Vehicles & RV Passes   

You’ll need to purchase a vehicle pass to enter in the event (1 pass per vehicle not per person). All vehicles and RVs must have the appropriate vehicle pass displayed at all times. 

Ins & Outs 

There are no Ins & Outs, but for the folks that are staying overnight offsite at a hotel we are allowing Ins & Outs, but be aware of gate hours and know you must show ID, wristbands, and vehicle credentials for reentry.

Parking & Campgrounds

Our traffic, parking, and campground management and volunteer team will be onsite to guide you to the campgrounds. Please be respectful as they are here to assist you in safe placement. Please be mindful of sides, others camping, and stay on marked roads until your reach your campsite. Please be aware of Fire Lanes.

RVs - RV’s require a specific parking pass. They can camp anywhere in the festival grounds. Dry camping: The area of the park where the festival is taking place does not have RV infrastructure and hookups.  

Cloud Camp - For those that have purchased a Glamping Tent at Cloud Camp, you’ll be given credentials and wristbands to enter in Cloud Camp when checkin in at the gate. There will be a parking lot next to Cloud Camp for those driving in. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep your glamping area tidy. AMENITIES:

FOOD & AMENITIES:

--> Plenty of food vendors and bars available inside the festival grounds (including vegan options).--> Outside food and drinks are also allowed. No glass allowed.--> We highly encourage everyone to bring their own water.Portable bathrooms will be available throughout the festival and campgrounds.--> Showers available for purchase.--> Swimming is allowed daily from 9am to 6pm.

Water - While water is available onsite at selected stations and for purchase at bars and food vendors, we ask each attendee to bring at least 1 gallons of water per day. Please use reusable water bottles and stay hydrated! For cooking and cleaning, you must have some sort of gray-water evaporation dish to protect the lands. Do not use the reservoir for cleaning of any kind.

Showers - there are shower trailers onsite. You will need to purchase a shower token from the General Store located in GA campgrounds (see site map). The shower will be open 9am - 12pm and 5pm - 8pm.

General Store - there is a general store onsite in GA campgrounds (see site map) and the hours are 

Ice Bring your own ICE, but we will have it for sale at our General Store located in the Campground Plaza. - sales open Thursday 5pm - 9pm, Friday and Saturday 11am - 7pm, Sunday 12pm - 7pm.

ATMs onsite can pay for food and drinks w/ credit card or cash

 Water The are potable water water stations located at 3 points in the festival as well as single water for purchase at bars and food vendors. Please make sure you bring ample water to the festival to have at your campsite to keep you and your crew hydrated. 

Restrooms  Restrooms are located throughout the festival and camp grounds. ADA-bathrooms are available.

Food Vendors We have multiple food vendors located in the marketplace, including vegan options. 

Bars will be located throughout the festival selling batch cocktails and various beverages.

Medical Emergency and Parking/Camping teams on-site 24 hours

Fitness and Wellness Classes 9am-7pm Fri-Sun & Waterfront Sauna

Alcohol: NO GLASS containers are allowed on the premises. All vehicles will be checked by security upon entry. We will have plenty of bars inside the festival but outside alcohol is also allowed in the campgrounds within a reasonable amount (no kegs or large amounts of alcohol will be permitted). There is a checkpoint before entering in the festival area where the stages are located, and due to our permit requirements, our security staff will be doing a bag check. ATMS on site. Drink responsibly. 

Dry camping/No Hookups

The area our event is taking place, does not have RV/Trailer infrastructure for hookups so there are no RV/Trailer hookups for power, water or gray/black water dumping. For those with RV’s portable showers,gray water and black water should never hit the ground. Woodward Reservoir is a protected marine environment. Please do not dispose or empty any gray or black water tanks on site. 

THE SMART STUFF

  1. Look out for your fellow Dreamers and practice self-care. Be respectful and responsible so we can keep the dream alive!

  2. Community Watch: Keep an eye out for anyone throwing shade and report anything concerning to the information booth. Note that federal, state and local laws apply and authorities will be present so respect the law.

  3. Find the magic! With art, food, music, sauna and relaxation there is a lot to explore and experience.

  4. Zero Impact: This is a leave-no-trace-behind event. Please be responsible and keep the campgrounds and the festival grounds clean.  Keep the dance floors clean. Take your trash home with you. Pick up litter and be a team player. Let’s leave the park beautiful and clean.You are also responsible for hauling out your own garbage out of the event.

  5. We Are Family: We are an inclusive community who fiercely protects the rights and expression of our Dreamers. Show respect to your neighbors and maintain an open mind and heart. 

SAFETY & SECURITY:

Sauna By Archimedes Banya 

We are building a waterfront Sauna with the Archimedes Banya. It will be open to everyone Friday and Saturday 10am - 5pm. Come get a platza and jump in the lake! Do not enter the sauna if you have any health conditions or are intoxicated.

Reservoir /Swimming

The reservoir is a natural habitat for wildlife so please keep it clean. Swimming is allowed from 9am-6pm daily. Swim at your own risk. 

Illicit Substances: Anyone found doing illegal substances may be escorted out of the festival and could face legal consequences.

Kids under 12 years old are allowed in for free accompanied by a parent or guardian. No one between 13-20 years of age are permitted inside the campgrounds or festival. Parents are responsible for the wellbeing and safety of their children. If you lose a child go to the Information Booth immediately.

ADA and service animals: No pets allowed but service animals are of course allowed. We will have ADA accessabile bathrooms onsite and meet the park’s ADA requirements. Please contact questions@alldayidream.com with any ADA requests prior to the festival.

LEAVING THE FESTIVAL : EXODUS

All dreams must end, at least for now, and here are some clear instructions on how to pack up, clear out, and get on the road as easily as possible

Packing Up - Sort/Separate your recyclables from your garbage, make sure to bag and consolidate all waste.  Cardboard should be flattened and stacked.  Pack out all unused items, reuseables and bulky items like pop ups, chairs, and floaties, regardless if they are damaged.

Leave No Trace - Look around your campsite and pick up all loose pieces of trash – be a steward to this beautiful site Exit Times All campers must depart by 11am on Monday. 

Drive 5 MPH within the grounds and respect the neighborhood and all speed limits upon departure. 

ABOUT THE LOCATION

82 acres of land surrounded by nature, good weather, and a pristine lake

In partnership with the local county, All Day I Dream will be taking over a section of Woodward Park & Lake to host our weekend camping festival. This lovely 82 acres of preserved land is surrounded by the lake on both sides. Our designated event area and entire parameter will be secured with fencing and security teams, and only accessible by festival ticket buyers and staff. 

Inside the event grounds, we’ll have oodles of activities and entertainment planned for ya, including 4 stages of music, designated camping areas with certain amenities, yoga and health/wellness activities, plenty of food vendors and beverage bars, a vendor village, art cars, art installations, incredible vibes and community of amazing dreamers from around the world that will be coming together for this magical event.

ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCES:

-- 4 stages of music starting at 9am and ending at 2am, -- We’re building a massive Circus Tent that will be the night stage 10pm - 6am.-- Sauna by Archimedes Banya at the Wellness Sanctuary on the lake Fri & Sat-- Over 20 art installations, Burning Man art cars, and interactive experiences.-- Yoga & wellness activity programming from 9am-sunset daily.-- Gorgeous waterfront views and hammock village for lounging and relaxing (recommend packing a blanket to picnic w/ friends).Vendor village for shopping -- Delicious food and drinks-- 82 acres of beautiful park in nature surrounded by a lake that we’ve been working on for 5 years to make happen.

ADID is an adult event and 21 and over. Children 12 years and under will be permitted with parents and ONLY with parent supervision AT ALL TIMES. A chaperone must be present at all times. Attendees will be informed in all event guides and will be required to present a valid ID at the time of entry at the gate which will be thoroughly checked by certified security guards. Anyone between the ages of 13 and 20 will not be permitted into the event.

No pets. Service animals are allowed.

TICKETING 

  • This event is 21+, or children under 12 accompanied by a 21+ ticket holder. You  must have a valid government-issued ID with you to pick up your wristbands and to enter the festival.

  • Every attendee and all vehicles must have proper credentials on site at all times.

  • Event will take place rain or shine.

  • No refunds or exchanges; All sales final. 

  • Event schedule is subject to change. This includes artists, activities, vendors, etc.


Yes - all attendees that plan to drive to the event will need a car pass in order to enter the festival. If you are coming in an RV or trailer you will purchase that pass instead of the car pass.

Single day tickets for Saturday or Sunday are available for purchase as is a discounted 2-day ticket for Saturday-Sunday on the TICKET page of the festival website.

Yes tickets will be available at the box office and can be purchased during box office / gate hours.

Tickets are transferrable and there is not need to change the name via the ticketing platform. As long as you have a valid ticket for entry you will be allowed inside the festival.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Camping and Accommodations

You can either set-up your own camp/tent/RV, or purchase Cloud Camping: Our provided glamping tents are a turnkey solution to your on-site camping needs. 

The beautiful Woodward Reservoir park and lake offers plenty of space for camping in nature with waterfront views. Within the 82 acres of designated event space, the ADID team will be providing safe and secure camping sites available for festival attendees only (access included to all GA Ticket buyers).

Once you pass through our box office gate and enter the event grounds, our dedicated traffic and camping staff will direct you towards designated camping areas. Whether you want to bring an RV or tent for a more secluded experience, or create a camp with your friends next to your cars and RVs, there will be plenty of space available for you to make yourself at home

We’ll have amenities available onsite such as bathrooms and shower access. Basic info on camping and our community. Including what you have access to with your festival pass, rules, recommendations, and what to expect. Security Policy. Leave no trace. 


Amenities:

Plenty of bathrooms available that will be getting professionally cleaned twice a day, delicious food and drink vendors, safety and security teams, access to shower trailers, ice and water (although we encourage everyone to be self-reliant and bring what you would like). Event attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. More info will be provided when the event guide comes out.

Yes - we will have plenty of space for you to set up a camp.

Yes - all participants will be allowed car camping BUT you’ll need to purchase a vehicle pass.

Yes. But please stay safe and look out for all our friends and family. Oh, and try to remember to wear your bathing suit!

No - there will be open car camping in the event area and all cars can drive in for car camping (think Burning Man style) and you will need to purchase a car pass. Please be careful and drive slowly. Slow and steady wins the race!

Yes - we have plenty of camping space for you to bring an RV or Trailer, but you will need to purchase an RV pass presale ticket.

Yes, there will be a variety of different food vendors with diverse menus that can accommodate most dietary restrictions. We will also have 5 bars featuring craft cocktails, beer, wine, and sake. Food vendors are cashless so be sure to bring your credit cards or contactless payment methods

Radical self-reliance is highly encouraged. We will have amenities and infrastructure set up onsite, but similar to festivals like Burning Man, you will get the most out of your experience by being self-sufficient and having a communal and gifting mindset. Be on the look out for our Event Guide which will get released close to the event date. Some items we recommend bringing include water, flashlights / headlamps, your swim suit and plenty of hugs and smiles..

Yes

Yes, there will be both water refill stations and water for sale inside the festival at the bars and the general store. We HIGHLY recommend that you still bring 2 gallons of water per day per person for both safety and efficiency. Water refill stations are only located at select places within the festival grounds.

Safety and Security

Safety and security of our customers, staff, and local community always comes first. Over the last 1 1/2 years, the ADID team has been working closely with local authorities, including the local police department and medical emergency agencies, to ensure we have an approved security and safety plan in place. In addition to ADID event staff, we are hiring 2 security companies with several personnel to be onsite, a medical and safety team, and a professional traffic and camping company to assist 24/7 during the entire event duration. The entire event ground perimeter will be secured and fenced, including campgrounds, and only festival ticket buyers will have access.

Yes, absolutely. Safety always comes first; we have been working closely with local authorities and the county to ensure we have a thorough and sound security and medical plan in place. This has been approved by the county government and local authorities. We will also have local members of the fire department and police officers present onsite throughout the event duration to ensure the safety of our community.

Security will be present throughout the festival and campgrounds.

The medical tent will be located at the entrance to the festival grounds.

No. By law we are not allowed to have open fires, including open flame BBQs. Gas BBQs are allowed. Additionally no fire poi, fire installations, fire pits, etc.

The All Day I Dream Festival has a plentitude of activities to invite you into new dreamlands. Get up and start your day at the Waking Hour with yoga, music and meditation and pop by the Waterfront Wellness Sanctuary throughout the day for fun workshops, sound baths, plant music, and mystical experiences.  Enjoy a cup of tea at the Komaaj Tea Lounge. Sweat it out in the Banya by Archimedes. Feel like getting wet? Jump over to Swim Swam for a cool dip in the reservoir. Catch some Dreamy music at the Lenticular Live Stage. Take a moment to bliss out in the hammock village. Watch the sunset. Grab some gourmet food, and perhaps a new outfit at the Marketplace. Take an art walk and discover new dimensions. Float into the HoloRealmz and slip off into an interactive Wonderland. Dance your heart out at Cloud Nine. Up until the wee hours? Check out Nimbus Nights.

Be Prepared To Dream….

All classes are first come, first served, so no need to reserve a space. Arrive early, as classes are expected to start on time.

Yes. Please Bring Your Own Mat to the Wellness Sanctuary for yoga and workshops. Additionally, bring your water bottle and good vibes.

The Banya is operating from 10am-4pm on Friday and Saturday. First come, first served.

While the Banya is safe for most people, like hot tubs, the Banya should not be used if you are dehydrated, intoxicated, taking prescription medication, or have certain chronic diseases. Please consult your doctor prior to using the Banya if you have any conditions. The Banya is only for 21+
